I moved in May of 2023 and I just had to come on here and say that living here has been amazing!! Management and maintenance are always on top of things and are very easy and great to work with. Payton is an absolute gem of a property manager. She is super sweet and kind and never hesitates to help her residents with anything they need. She goes above and beyond for us. Austin is also an absolute gem. He is fantastic at maintaining the property and making sure that any issues get resolved as fast and efficiently as possible. He is super kind, funny and is amazing with animals. He also goes above and beyond for the residents. They make living here an absolute blast and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments to anyone due to these two.

Well, I guess it is time to update my review. I have lived here over 26 years. I must chime in with others that Payton and Auston are a superior management team!!! I have really enjoyed my stay here and really like the apartment layout. If you are looking, then look no further. I am sure you will be happy.

This apartment complex has large bedrooms, great storage, beautiful scenery but what makes it an awesome place to live is Payton and Austin. They both go above and beyond what is expected, They are helpful, respectful, and truly care about the people who live here. This is a great place to live. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I love living here! We decided to upgrade from the 1 bedroom to the 2 bedroom and Payton and Austin have been so awesome!! They made the move as smooth and painless as possible! They are both wonderful and VERY helpful! They definitely make Mountian Ridge Manor a great place to live!

I love this place! I moved in this past fall. The management is diligent and prompt and the property is always clean! It's quiet and everyone is friendly. The apartments are very well maintained and I definitely enjoy living here. Looking forward to another year.

I have lived at Mountain Ridge for almost 5 years now and ever since Payton took over as manager it has been amazing. Payton and Austin were able to get the ongoing issue with the A/C, Furnace and Thermostat FINALLY repaired just in time for winter. Thank you!
