Mountain Ridge Manor has the best staff, specifically Payton (property manager). We moved from California to Utah the beginning of 2024 and Payton helped us move in with out any stress or problems. She communicates efficiently with a great attitude. I have never had a great experience with other property managers until I met her. My family decided to sign a new lease because of how great she is at her job. When we signed the new lease, she gave us a heart warming personal card. I don’t think we are going to move out for a very long time. She has set the standard of what a property manager should be. Hokay, where to start. This place is fantastic. The office manager is personable, cheerful, and is easy to reach when you need something. Maintenance is prompt, efficient, and will explain everything they're doing, why it needs done (or not) and makes sure things are done right and promptly. The grounds and units are clean, well maintained, and picturesque. Not a bad view from the porch, either.

A little expensive, but not to bad. C.A.M fees are a little high (50$ a month ish) plus a service fee and something (adding 75ish$ a month to rent). But they do have a pool and AMAZING SERVICE. Maintenance worker went out of their way to help us fit in a washer and dryer we were about to take back to the store because I couldn't get it in, and the front desk worker was always patient and extremely helpful!

I’ve been living at Mountain Ridge Manor for almost two years, and it’s been a great experience! The staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home, and the maintenance team is always prompt and thorough with all my service requests. The rent is very manageable, especially for such a clean and updated unit. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in keeping everything in top condition. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which adds to the charm of living here. Another major plus about living here is that the location is close to various downtown attractions and also offers easy access to outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and fishing. It’s the perfect blend of city convenience and natural beauty. I highly recommend Mountain Ridge Manor to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and well-maintained place to live!

Management is the best we’ve ever experienced, it’s well kept, maintenance is always on top of things, and there’s always fun activities happening around the holidays. I moved in May of 2023 and I just had to come on here and say that living here has been amazing!! Management and maintenance are always on top of things and are very easy and great to work with. Payton is an absolute gem of a property manager. She is super sweet and kind and never hesitates to help her residents with anything they need. She goes above and beyond for us. Austin is also an absolute gem. He is fantastic at maintaining the property and making sure that any issues get resolved as fast and efficiently as possible. He is super kind, funny and is amazing with animals. He also goes above and beyond for the residents. They make living here an absolute blast and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments to anyone due to these two.

I was here for 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say about it! I loved my time here and it was a great space for my pup and I. The office and maintenance were the best. Payton (office) is always SUPER kind, quick to respond, and always doing whatever she could to assist you regardless of the situation. Austin (maintenance) is such a great guy, super respectful of your space, and really quick and good at his job. I really do think highly of the staff that was here and honestly think that it was them that kept me here for so long. The space itself was great too, they really have done a great job at keeping the space up to date and clean. Not to mention the amount of space you're getting for the price compared to the market is insane. The grounds themselves were REALLY nice too - the amount of grass/trees and space between building was baffling to me compared to some other complexes. It really was perfect for my border collie to play frisbee. Overall I'm sad to say goodbye to the place but would return in a heartbeat if the opportunity and need arose.

We’ve moved in a couple months back & we honestly love it here. The neighbors are nice & quiet, the complex is well kept & maintenance is pretty accommodating when there’s any issues that arise when something needs to be fixed. This is by far one of our favorite places we’ve ever moved into including Peyton one of the leasing agents she’s been nothing but understanding during some difficult circumstances & will try her best to help in anyway she can & for that, she makes this place a better living experience for us so that’s why I feel that this place deserves a 5 star rating ❤️.

I lived here a couple yrs back and I liked it, the apartment was nice it did the job, but I hated sharing a room for the laundry with my neighbor across from me, just didn’t feel safe or trusted my own washer and dryer there where other people can access it when I ain’t looking…BUT the one thing that I hated! was them coming in my apartment when I was there or NOT whenever they pleased for whatever reason it was with multiple people, they would leave a note letting me know but I didn’t feel safe or trust for strangers to be in a place I’m paying to live in, to where one day they went in while I was there taking a shower. Also it only had one lock on the door which now I see why , they like to enter your place freely. Now my other new apartment after this one I had no issues like this, that one had a lock on the door and a chain lock also so NO ONE went in making me feel unsafe and uneasy or bugged me at all.

Me and my husband stayed with him while we were moving our stuff to Utah from out of state ... We were upset that we had a place already or else we would have gotten an apartment here instead. They have a beautiful pool area. They treat their tenants with respect and listen to you if you have issues... They treat you like a human being, which Alot of places dont. We have been here abt 2 and a half years. Manager here, Jillian, Is absolutely the best! Maintenance has always been timely. It’s quiet here except for the occasional little folk play outside, their laughter is pleasant to me. We are saving for a house, but i am surely going to miss living here. This apt feels so much like home, safe and secure, close to everything too. The pool is awesome and the lawns are great, I love living here.

I had an excellent experience working with the property manager Jilien Jackson. She helped me to get approved for an apartment and make move-in arrangements. When Covid 19 happened and my company did not transfer me to Odgen, Jilien helped me to cancel my reservation and obtain a refund of my deposit citing a hardship exception. I love living here. Management stays on top of things. Very quiet for apartments. I can hear my upstairs neighbors only when they are literally stopping or moving something heavy. I’ve had to scream a couple times but you can’t hear their tv or them talking unless they are yelling.

Well I have to say I loved it at Mountain Ridge Manor , MY wife and I enjoyed the stay while it lasted , The maintenance was really good on the property , really nice people , management was really nice and I love to come back .

I think Cindy is great and she manages the apartments very well. She always tries to be as accomaditing as possible and communicate things clearly. Sometimes she has to be the bad guy and let people know that rent was raised in a contract renewal but that's just how things go. There's so much to do with managing so many apartments and families and she is an excellent choice for the job. I really like my apartment and the maintenance guy is around grounds nearly every day keeping things orderly and well kept. I feel like my neighbors are trustworthy and I am perfectly safe here in the housing. If you leave valuables in your car, it will get broken into. My car was because I forgot I had something in it and I've seen other vehicles with evidence of their cars having been broken into. Honestly I think that's how it is everywhere. You feel safe in your area and forget that things left in the vehicle are most likely not if their valuable enough to be stolen. When I moved in they replaced the carpet and had a professional cleaner come in after the tenant left. To me, that was a very clear indication that management and owners try to update things and be as clean and presentable as possible. In my experience I've always had to have the carpets and apartment cleaned with my own funds when I move in so having a clean place was so appreciated! It's also easy to access parking. I watch for driving accessibility when I am looking for places because not being able to pull out of the lot because of 15 minutes of traffic is incredibly annoying. There are stoplights on both ends of the street so traffic flow is controlled.

My lease is up here at the end of July, I have never had any complaints or issues with this place or the Management. In fact I loved living here! I am only leaving to get into a bigger housing unit with my 3 kids. Yes the floors may creek when the neighbors up stairs move around (very little) and my light fixture fell off once when they stomped but other than that there is really not much I would complain about. I will say the Kitchen is a nice size with plenty of room, there is tons of storage space, and the rooms are decent sized! Also the separate washer and dryer area is great and adds just a little more space for storage if needed. I never had any maintenance issues so I cannot update on that process but I always see the maintenance man out and bout working so that's a good sign. The lawn is always up kept and snow removal was great. I moved in the middle of winter with my parking stall froze over and they had it removed within the next couple of days. I haven't yet moved out however I do try to clean the units better than how I got them so I will update on the move out process once that is done. I am a firm believer that if you are doing what you should be doing as a tenant you wont have any issues with the property manager(s).

Edit: these guys earned 5 stars. The community is quiet and we haven't had any problems. it has been the best rental we've ever had, and I dread the time when our lease ends. I like it here! Fair price for what you are getting. I am on a bottom unit and have never heard my neighbors... ever. I expected to, since they have a dog and everything. I love my big kitchen, and the maintenance outside is very good. I do not like that the cable is included, but it didn't affect us so much since we already had xfinity. We were able to get on a faster Internet with the bundle though, so it worked out for us, but just keep that in mind when you are applying. The washer/dryer hookups are nice. They're separated from the apartment, which gives you more storage and living space. Overall, it has been really good and my family has been happy here.
