What a great team to work with. Payton and Austin are the perfect team to run the property. Payton communicates very well and makes the property seem like itâs a family. Austin gets things done and is always very friendly and knowledgeable.

Hokay, where to start. This place is fantastic. The office manager is personable, cheerful, and is easy to reach when you need something. Maintenance is prompt, efficient, and will explain everything they're doing, why it needs done (or not) and makes sure things are done right and promptly. The grounds and units are clean, well maintained, and picturesque. Not a bad view from the porch, either.

I love my apartment here a Mountain Ridge Manor. I have lived here for a year just renewed my lease. The property manager Payton is absolutely amazing!!!!! Our maintenance guy Austin is also absolutely amazing!!!!! They both work so hard to make sure that we are taken care of in our community. Thanks Guys you are the bestð

A little expensive, but not to bad. C.A.M fees are a little high (50$ a month ish) plus a service fee and something (adding 75ish$ a month to rent). But they do have a pool and AMAZING SERVICE. Maintenance worker went out of their way to help us fit in a washer and dryer we were about to take back to the store because I couldn't get it in, and the front desk worker was always patient and extremely helpful!

Iâve been living at Mountain Ridge Manor for almost two years, and itâs been a great experience! The staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home, and the maintenance team is always prompt and thorough with all my service requests. The rent is very manageable, especially for such a clean and updated unit. Itâs clear that the team here takes pride in keeping everything in top condition. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which adds to the charm of living here. Another major plus about living here is that the location is close to various downtown attractions and also offers easy access to outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and fishing. Itâs the perfect blend of city convenience and natural beauty. I highly recommend Mountain Ridge Manor to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and well-maintained place to live!

My boyfriend and I have been here for almost a year and love these apartments! Management is the best weâve ever experienced, itâs well kept, maintenance is always on top of things, and thereâs always fun activities happening around the holidays. From the moment we moved in, we have been taken care of in every way! Not to mention the price of rent here is awesome and we can have our fur baby live with us! I highly recommend people check out these apartments! :)
