If I didn't have 10 days to find a home I most certainly would not live here. Way over priced for the rooms provided.
The lady at the desk is a nightmare, extremely insensitive, quick to give attitude, & all around rude.
My apartment got broken into twice & when I said I didn't feel safe they said they couldn't break my lease. Although, the maintenance man was ever-so-kind the entirety of my stay. He helped by installing wood wedges into my windows and changing the locks (25$).
I am in the military & have been for 2 years - I haven't seen my husband in a year & he was finally able to save up enough leave to visit for 3 weeks and she refused to let him stay with me - which I find offensive in many ways - I'm sure you can understand why. I understand that there are rules but I feel that management should be considerate of each renter individually.
Another incident happened recently, a guy at my shop arrived from being based in Guam (which isn't a cheap move to the states) and was in the process of financing his house. I said he could stay at my place versus paying nearly $1,200 on a hotel for 2 weeks. She yet again threw a fit & got quickly frustrated with me & said he needed to leave (get this - I even have an extra room). However, I do understand that the complex needs accountability but what I don't understand is that my rent is getting payed, I haven't broken any rules, & my apartment is kept up - why cant my HUSBAND ( or a friend at the shop ) stay at my place for a few weeks..
overall extremely disappointed -- wouldn't recommend to anyone.
