Mountain Ridge Manor has the best staff, specifically Payton (property manager). We moved from California to Utah the beginning of 2024 and Payton helped us move in with out any stress or problems. She communicates efficiently with a great attitude. I have never had a great experience with other property managers until I met her. My family decided to sign a new lease because of how great she is at her job. When we signed the new lease, she gave us a heart warming personal card. I don’t think we are going to move out for a very long time. She has set the standard of what a property manager should be. We truly appreciate her commitment to our living experience at Mountain Ridge Manor.

Great team at Mountain Ridge Manor! Payton has been super helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. Austin, the maintenance guy, is awesome and quick to respond and always professional. It’s clear they both care about keeping the community running smoothly. Definitely recommend this place!

What a great team to work with. Payton and Austin are the perfect team to run the property. Payton communicates very well and makes the property seem like it’s a family. Austin gets things done and is always very friendly and knowledgeable.

Hokay, where to start. This place is fantastic. The office manager is personable, cheerful, and is easy to reach when you need something. Maintenance is prompt, efficient, and will explain everything they're doing, why it needs done (or not) and makes sure things are done right and promptly. The grounds and units are clean, well maintained, and picturesque. Not a bad view from the porch, either.

I love my apartment here a Mountain Ridge Manor. I have lived here for a year just renewed my lease. The property manager Payton is absolutely amazing!!!!! Our maintenance guy Austin is also absolutely amazing!!!!! They both work so hard to make sure that we are taken care of in our community. Thanks Guys you are the best😁

A little expensive, but not to bad. C.A.M fees are a little high (50$ a month ish) plus a service fee and something (adding 75ish$ a month to rent). But they do have a pool and AMAZING SERVICE. Maintenance worker went out of their way to help us fit in a washer and dryer we were about to take back to the store because I couldn't get it in, and the front desk worker was always patient and extremely helpful!
